The photo is from the archive of the family of Arthur De Groodt, Flemish doctor and professor and friend of Frederik Van Eeden (admirer and translator of Tagore). There was a real Tagore craze in Flanders and the Netherlands at the time. Juliette Adant brought Tagore to Antwerp in 1920 for a lecture 'Message of the Forest' in Arenbergstraat. The photos were taken at the home of Mr and Mrs De Groodt, 42 Lange Gasthuisstraat.
